HootSuite Tutorial Video

Your blog is up and running and you've started promoting it on Twitter. Now you're getting yourself a nice healthy sized group of  followers and ready to move ahead. The next step for you is to move past using the (boring) Twitter website and expand your Twitter savvy. You need to find an easy-to-use Twitter client.

HootSuite is a free online Twitter application that you must try.  Unlike the more widely used service TweetDeck, you don't need to download any software and HootSuite automatically generates tracking statistics for the links you create with the built in ow.ly link shortener.

If you have an iPhone don't worry, they have an app for that! HootSuite for iPhone is available. On the plugins page you'll find extensions for Chrome and Firefox and you can grab a Hootlet too.  Let me know what you think after you watch my screencast introduction to using HootSuite.
