We all have ways to share our content to Facebook (If you don’t that’s a MUST DO right now!) in the form of a button placed somewhere on your blog. Ileane uses floating social media buttons that trail the post as you scroll down. That is one way to do it. Some people place their social media buttons at the beginning of the post, others at the end and others yet, at both the beginning and end. HootSuite now offers the Ow.ly shortener without the social sharing bar and introduces Ht.ly. HootSuite provides tracking to links that you share using the Ow.ly link shortener which you can easily grab right from the interface. In the past, if someone clicked your Ow.ly shortened link, they would open the webpage with a sharing bar at the top. Now HootSuite users have the option to turn off the sharing bar for their links.
